Is the Hannah thet got the equaliser the one we were looking at last year?

Why jake Hutchings nope he's a pro at our club who is a right back who played in most of the pre season games and when he played he did ok what's the difference between him and Danny Sullivan.

I can understand you saying you want an experienced pro at right back but we haven't got another right back and how is a new pro ever going to get experience if you never play them. Everyone has to make a debut at some point.

Not being picky but ill think you will find he's a pro not a youth player.

So, after a nice week in the Dales I decided to travel the short distance to Morecambe and watch a great football match...mmmmmm!
Stopped off for a pint in the Globe bar and found out I was the only Torquay supporter in the place, which didn’t bode well for a noisy game. Got to the turnstile and the young girl there asked “Do you want a concession ticket” Cheeky bitch I thought as I’m still quite a distance from there. “How old are you” she asked. Sod it I thought, if she’s going to continue with this I’m going to become 65, so I told her I was and got my concession ticket-First highlight of the day. I did get rather a dirty look from one of the stewards though!
As I had guessed from the lack of Torquay supporters in the bar there wouldn’t actually be many in the ground, and there weren’t. There weren’t many Morecambe supporters there either-around 1500 I think the gate was.
On to the match. The first half was dire; it was so bad I actually sat down, which I haven’t done for as long as I can remember. Good goal by them which I think Rice thought he could have done better with as he lay face down on the ground for at least thirty seconds after it hit the back of the net! Must admit though, that Rice looked confident and made a great diving save to his left in the first few minutes of the game. I had hoped that with the acquisition of two new wingers I would end up watching a great flowing game of football-how wrong I was. Our sole intention throughout the entire game was to hoof balls up to Hawley (the smallest man on the pitch and a Rene Howe he aint) who was shoved off the ball continually...did score a great goal though.
Second half was slightly better and we did create a few chances. Best part of the second half by far though was the Dakota (I used to jump out of them) which circled over the pitch a couple of times.
Positives: Pearce-how on earth did we get hold of him! Brilliant! Got to every ball and was very Bransonesque in his play. Headed it straight back to the opposition half when it entered our half and when at his feet and in the slightest bit of trouble just put it out for a throw; in other words, kept it simple.
Tonge: Also brilliant! Even though he did try to put one of their players into row z and got sent off! He was by far our best full-back, and equally by far our best winger-his over-lapping play was brilliant
Also a word for Rice. Seemed very confident and made some good saves and catches...whatever happened to Poke by the way?
Negatives: Absolutely no mid-field, though as I’ve mentioned, there was a lot of hoof ball going on. Wingers, where were they? I don’t think any of them actually beat a Morecambe player! Bodin made one decent run in the first half and hit the bar but that was it. In the second half he just ran into the Morecambe defence and lost the ball!
All in all, not the best match I’ve been to but a point is a point...we might be desperate for some at the end of the season if we continue to play like that!
