Yep, we shall see. Could not really see what started it, just two players squaring up to each other. Johnson took decisive action and we know from when he took over, either it is his way or the highway. The other three strikers all had good games so he has it all to prove.....

Nelson could be history soon or maybe could be the new Dave Caldwell! I just don't understand people getting on players back after six months of no football and one incident in the first pre season friendly. Just as Yeovils defeat to Taunton today our narrow win is pretty meaningless, it's purely a get today match fit, get to know each other exercise. TV streaming coverage was good I hear. I had to work so no point me subscribing. Clearly the way to go and clubs who cannot let in supporters surely must be allowed to continue to do this

Initially tried watching it via the fire stick on tele but it kept freezing. Switched to a lap top and worked like a dream. Will be working myself for the Tuesday lunchtime game but now all signed up and will be watching the next two Saturday games assuming there is a similar service.

I noticed last night that the players are still doing the kneeling down thing in the Premier League. I certainly have no issue with the sentiment behind that, but I did think that it would stop after the last truncated season had been completed. Is it going to go on indefinitely? It does no harm but is becoming irrelevant because the impetus is fading. I was wondering if it happened at Torquay's match yesterday.
There are other causes which football could equally support. Perhaps the players could take the field carrying elephant tusks in protest at the number of them being slaughtered by poachers which could result in the species becoming extinct?

I’m sure the public associate the kneeling more with the millionaire Premier League and International stars. Quite whether there’s the same appetite for it among non league players, I’d have my doubts, although there are bound to be some aspiring Champagne Socialists among their number.
Stewart’s suggestion that it is now high time that other worthy causes got a look in, is imminently sensible. Let’s see some diversity in the problems facing us being highlighted. The elephant tusks, particularly if the pointy end is sharp, are unlikely to pass Safety Advisory Group scrutiny, even if some sort of sponge covering could be attached.
I’d favour the players coming out of the tunnel each carrying a sustainable material reusable shopping bag of some sort. Even better if this was in association with a couple of pages in the matchday programme devoted to explaining the problems of plastic waste clogging up the oceans.
No one’s asking players to actually play wearing face masks, but wearing them as they walk out from the tunnel, just to help reinforce the message, would be a big help. Maybe in conjunction with each player holding up a copy of a book written by well known Nanny State advocate and Shandy home brew enthusiast, John Stuart Mill.
Now we’ve reached the stage where mention of BLM mostly prompts thoughts of riots, looting, and spray painting obscenities on Churchill or Queen Victoria, let’s break out of the politically correct straightjacket, and give some overdue attention to those other worthy causes that are woefully under-publicised.

11 minutes of highlights taken from Bristow’s Bench so a different perspective. Missed a couple of chances from the first half. The first goal conceded purely due to the defender not getting in front of their striker for free header. Thought Cameron’s goal was good, nice touch and struck hard from a narrow angle. Second goal conceded due to their striker jumping all over our defender.
