Well what can you say about todays game?
Team Selection
First thing was the team selection with no Smith (injured?) and Gerring sloting into the back 4 and local hero 'Finchy' on the bench of 5. No back up CB/defender on the bench if indeed we have any.
The Match
Thought that over the 90 minutes Torquay were the better side, with a stone wall penalty turned down, two kicked off the line and a world class save from thir 'keeper in the first half. Mind you could have lost in the last minute without that save from Lavercombe.
Boos at the end with some verbal disagreement between supporters.
Officials
Its saying something when you wish Brett Huxtable was in charge rather than those there today. Both Lino's might have as well not been there. The ref lost it within the first ten minutes letting assault and battery go unpunished time after time. How he couldn't see that Butler was man-handled in the area for a stone wall penalty is behind me. Lost of after through the game lost on all three offials.
Managerial Appointment
Would love the board to confirm that Nico's CV was the best - a death knell solution in the end. Who else did the board 'seriously' consider?
Communication
No match report on the OS with the Buckland game still on for Tuesday
Would be good to have regular updates on those injured and when they are likely to be back.
No confirmation or denial about the ground share next season with Truro.

I understand the accounts were posted late and we have had a warning from the Inland Revenue. Surely the accounts can be posted on time and in the correct manner?
