Welcome To Britain President Trump
But How Low Will London Go ?
The Queen has invited the US President to Britain, as Head of State to represent all the American Servicemen who lost their lives, as commemorations get under way for the 75th anniversary of D-Day.
‘The President and First Lady will attend a ceremony in Portsmouth to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of D-Day, at one of the primary embarkation sites for the Allied operation that led to the liberation of Europe during World War II’ we are told, and given that it is believed there were more than twice as many American casualties than British on D-Day, when many thousands lost their lives, it’s unsurprising that the US President graciously accepted the invitation to attend.
As one of the top council officials in Portsmouth helping to organise the event told The Guardian: “This is about visiting heads of state who are representing their countries. Whatever my personal views about Donald J Trump, the fact is he is the president of the USA and it is the office of the USA president that is commemorating and marking 75 years since D-day.”
After this, President Trump travels to France later in the month to observe a D-Day commemorative ceremony at Normandy beach.
The concern is however, that certain factions, not giving a damn about these commemorations or honouring or remembering those of the allied nations who lost their lives, will instead embarrass Britain by trying to use it as an occasion to rant about their own extreme Left wing views.
‘D-Day my arse’ is the expected approach from the London Marxist rabble who are most likely to spoil what should be a respectful occasion.
While there are bound to be a few extremists elsewhere, keen to emulate the main band of thugs standing by in the capital, it is more likely that the people around the world will judge the current state of British society by the uncouth, hate filled, disrespectful, mob of Trotskyists, hell bent on politicizing things, to the extent that London’s streets will have to be fortified to hold back these crazed loons.
How has London sunk to such a level, that it’s become an increasing embarrassment to the rest of the country ? People abroad must be asking the same question: ‘A great city that only a matter of years ago had one of the most formidable politicians of the age as it’s Mayor. A man whose abilities may even see him being entrusted with the post of Prime Minister within the next month or so. How has London sunk into a pit of murder and crime, presided over by that odious little toad, Khan ?’
And may well they ask, as many of us here at home are also ashamed by a lot of what we learn of the violent behaviour that now so scars our capital city. What madness it is that huge sums of money will have to be spent because we’re almost totally certain that many Londoners can’t be trusted to behave in a civilised manner when we have a foreign elected politician in town on the occasion of the 75th D-Day anniversary commemorations.
When they’re shown the bill that’s been racked up just for constraining their violent far Leftism for a day or two, wouldn’t it have been money much better spent on Youth Centres (the shortage of which is the reason kids prefer to spend time stabbing each other, we’re often told) or anything a bit constructive for London, rather than on restraining their destructive tendencies ?
If, for instance, in a couple of years time, our elected Prime Minister is named Jeremy Corbyn, and he’s invited to visit the United States, I’d expect our freely elected British Prime Minister to be treated civilly. Who we elect is no business of theirs.
Let’s hope that we don’t see being beamed around the world, shameful behaviour by Far Left Londoners, so obsessed with their own political extremism, that they overshadow the 75th anniversary of D-Day and the true purpose of this visit.
Sadly, I can’t say I’m confident that we won’t see London letting both Britain, and the casualties of D-Day, down badly.
