No, you're right, Rob, it doesn't actually say that. I just made that leap, as Worse is talking about identifying players now for next season, saying "What I want to do, and I haven't been able to do it, is develop my own culture with my own players." I took that to indicate that he is not expecting to be seeking a new club at the end of the season.

And if by some miracle we do avoid relegation, I'm sure he will see that as a vindication of his methods and a reason for him to continue his work next season, for at least the first dozen games or so.

The anagram made me chuckle.
