When you look at some of our recent performances on the pitch we do look like we should be playing a league or two above where we are and to some extent this is a test of where we are in this respect and how some of the players may fare in the league above IF promotion is achieved. There is also the question of using this game to give those with recent injuries a run out - Edwards, Sendles White, Hall and Essuman to name but a few and not to mention giving young Olaf a run out at some point. So some difficult decisions for Johnson to make but also with a view to keep that all important momentum going.

Dear Jesus
I know I’ve been bad most of my life, in fact I’ve been somewhat of a rotter! My eyes aren’t what they used to be…they used to be 20/20...now I've only got 9 on one side of my head and 4 on tother! I need to wear reading glasses now...partly because of old age, and partly because of that thing I do most days! My hands are all twisted, gnarled and bent…partly because of old age, and partly because of that thing I do most days!
I know you can perform miracles…walking on water…turning water into wine…that was pretty cool by the way! I’ve tried that turning water into wine thing…failed miserably!
There is one more miracle I would like you to help me with…yes you’ve guessed it, get us out of this awful bloody competition! Oops…sorry for swearing! I do have a pretty solid reason why, so I will go ahead and enlighten (sic) you!
I have never been a real gambling man before, but decided to put money on TUFC winning promotion this year. Unable to decide how much to put on and as I have said, somewhat of a novice, I decided to keep it even, and put on exactly £2000! To date, my betting company (365) have offered me over £10000, but I have declined their offer. Should my bet come to fruition, I will be receiving over £30000.
So you can see my dilemma! If even one of our players gets injured playing in this God damn (Oops…sorry again) competition and it impacts on our promotion push, I’m going to be slightly peeved to say the least! If this match is a draw, is it a reply at our gaff…God help us! Oops…sorry! If we win, the next round will mean we have a match cancelled and that will take place mid-week! With games coming up thick and fast, and winter setting in, this will guarantee other matches being cancelled…Jesus! Oops…
So if you could see fit to sort this problem out for me, that would be very kind of you.
Yours Faithfully
Reg

I’m hoping Essuman, Sendles-White, Edwards, Dickson, Hall, Williams, Koszela and Burton all get valuable game time given the run of games in the League to come between now and New Years Day. Edit: Edwards, Dickson (and Sokolik) are out injured.

I would be tempted to let Sendles-White slot in alongside Niate and Cameron in a back five for this game. I have feeling that we are likely to get stretched in this one so Mr Johnson feel free to leave Keating on the bench and lets see how we get on...

Dot com preview - confirmation of those injuries in the preview but still room for some movement in the starting XI which looks like it will happen to some extent. Weather forecast is awful here tomorrow so great news that Plainmoor is not going to be played on....

Very glad that Truro are playing at Treyew Road. Tipping down here.
A strange feeling in that I am 50/50 as to whether I really want to win this one. Won't be upset either way.
What is important is to make sure that it feels like an even game. Would be nice to prove we are capable of holding our own in the league above.

Priorities list.
1 To pick up no injuries or suspensions. 2. Get formerly injured players match ready up to speed and test fitness levels. 3. Give Olaf a game and see how he copes. 4. Win the tie.

Have already bought the missus a great little 4x4 on the strength of it! I want to get myself some decent gear to do astrophotography! On top of that, I donate nearly £400 a month to Buddhist causes! Nice to hear your beautiful missus has a soft spot for me...if she'd told me the last time I saw her I might have tried to find it!

Team news - starts for Sendles White, Hall and Koszela up front with Reid! Niate, Lemonheigh-Evans and Janneh rested - all on the bench. No Williams in the 16 again. Workers only - no room for passengers.

Pretty sure Janneh will be on later, maybe after an hour. If Connor goes back then Hall and Andrews could be the first choice midfield going forward. Will listen with interest how Koszela gets on.

Very harsh straight red for Keating- apparently even game up to then. Going to be tough for us now.

A League suspension picked up in a Trophy match. Not what we needed. What did he go for? Was it a 3 game or 1 game suspension offence?

0-0 at half time. I think that is a 3 match suspension for Keating but going to be tough in the second half - will there be subs at half time?
