Sorry Phil cant agree that was the worse performance for years. Poor yes but my memory recalls plenty more than a dozen worse inept and truly shocking performances in the last few years. Have another look and basically we couldn't get a shot on target second half despite creating plenty of chances. www.thenationalleague.org.uk/videos |

Depending on just how negative people are feeling dont forget last seasons 6th and 7th placed clubs ended on 69 points and made the play offs. 86 points won the title.

When you're top, you're not aiming to finish in 6th or 7th place for the playoffs. FFS. If that's the expectation level, we may as well just roll over and give up now then. Not so long ago the naysayers were calling our stay at the top temporary, until Woking won their games in hand. Didn't happen did it? Yes, Saturday was an appalling result, but we're still in the box seat, and the other 21 clubs would be happy to be in our position. COYG!!!! I was merely reminding anyone that thinks our form might nose dive between now and the end of April that we almost have enough points on board already to extend the season and possibly be promoted via the play offs if needed. |

Actually 86 points is likely to be good enough again/ that is 2 points per game say 6 wins 2 draws and 2 defeats!

So with WSM being stuffed 0:5 by Wealdstone, what does that mean? All the in-form teams won last night...I have a sneaky feeling, Chelmsford would have given us a damn good thrashing last night, thereby joining the charge from below! If you look at the form of the team's directly below us (most of whom we have to play over the next couple of weeks) their form is amazing, and makes ours and Woking's form look shit by comparison! One of those form teams has a great chance of winning this league...still, there's nothing wrong with coming from behind!  |

It'll be us claiming the auto promotion spot, after we beat woking next month. COYG! I wish you hadn't said that...guess why!  |
