The club of course will have health and safety responsibilities so may decide on a lower figure, but the number permitted by the government is 50% of capacity. I think that is around 3200 these days. ⚽️ No doubt the final figure will have to be agreed upon with the local SAG so will probably vary from club to club.

I’d be surprised if it wasn’t around the lower 25% figure that we are allowed in. As for the final day, I’d expect matters are restricted to home fans only. Would make sense.

The government will permit us to have 50% of capacity which is about 3200 after 17 May, but the club will set a figure in conjunction with the Safety Advisory Group based on health and safety considerations. We will have to wait and see I suppose! ⚽️

I see the club update on the club website in respect of fans returning is that they do not know what the maximum number allowed will be but it will be less than full capacity. Hardly an update at all really, there is more information on this site! 😉⚽️

Hardly an update at all really, there is more information on this site! 😉⚽️ To be fair, government doesn’t confirm the next stage until Monday. When it comes to the football season there’s not much of it left! EFL finishes this Saturday with just the play-offs in the second half of May. Premiership finishes on 23rd of May so just a week later. The National league finish on 29th of May with play-offs continuing until the final on the weekend of the 19th of June. It is going to be tough for the promoted team from the play-offs as the EFL starts on the 7th of August so they will only have a few weeks off before pre-season starts.....

It still isn't much of an update though. Although the government has not yet confirmed the changes will go ahead from 17 May, we all know that they will as the data supports it. There would not be any change to the specific details of what will happen at this stage, it is all as previously outlined. The only thing there could be is a delay in the date, but there won't be. ⚽️

I see Altrincham v Eastleigh is off this afternoon due to a waterlogged pitch, the only professional game in the country postponed today.
I hope the state of the pitch does not make it a bit of a lottery in only 3 weeks time if we need to get something out of the last game of the season. ⚽️

I see that Wealdstone are 2 nil down already 😫 Exeter Chiefs are 3-0 down. Hell of a gale end to end Chiefs playing into it first half. Bound to be the same at Plainmoor later! 🏉⚽️

Maidenhead have scored against Hartlepool but Sutton have just scored against Weymouth. On the plus side Olaofe was injured in the warmup possibly their best player? - link

Sutton do have the wind behind them so match isn’t over yet. Will definitely be watching on Tuesday.
