Not even half way through the first half and Hartlepool are leading Stockport by a goal to nil and Stockport are down to ten man with a straight red.....

Very difficult for Stockport..not a good season to have games in hand.Notts County probably the biggest threat to our title aspirations.

King's Lynn could do us a favour...they play Notts County twice in the next couple of weeks.

link the Hartlepool game versus Halifax is now postponed due to a frozen pitch meaning we can go 14 points clear with a win today!

Boreham Wood just won 3-0 at Barnet. They could be in contention at the end of the season.

Stockport have had yet another game postponed, against Eastleigh for the second time as they both struggle to catch up on games, Yeovil win 0-3 at Weymouth as they continue their mini revival and finally our next opponents, Solihull get an injury time winner to win 2-1 at home against Chesterfield. They will be on a run of 4 games in 11 days when they play us so a small advantage.

I would not be surprised to see Yeovil go on a run. They could do us a favour by taking points off our promotion rivals. Tough away game for anybody.

Hartlepool won today to reduce our lead to 8 points but same number of games played and Sutton conceded a late equaliser against Altrincham to be 11 points behind us and although 3 games in hand are now below 2 points per game.

A pity as this is the second time now. Better this way though, Next game now on the 16th against Boreham Wood in the trophy. Interesting selection choice with Notts County and Sutton United to follow in the league......
