Some comings and goings with the stream at half time. Back now but no commentary.
Strange to watch an even game. Have got so used to watching us blow teams out of the water.

Best attack v worst defence. Neither team ever draws. 0-0 written all over it. Should have put money on it!

Very controversial sending off for Hall which I actually thought was a good tackle! They re-played every incident incessantly and yet we didn’t see that tackle again.
A scrappy away point on a poor pitch in poor conditions which evened the sides up somewhat. We have been spoilt with this run but actually not a bad result.
Funny enough we seemed to do better with 10 men as opposed to 11 as I think our fitness told for the last 10 minutes. Kings Lynn apparently raised their game somewhat.
Wait to see how the injury to Sherring is, hope nothing too serious.

Well we were in a right battle there in horrible conditions.
Straight red for Hall so three match ban. At least one is in the Trophy and maybe a break from playing will do him good but we will really miss him.
Impressed that we finished the game on the front foot pressing for three points despite being a man down.
On balance, a point gained BUT we need to follow it up with a win on Tuesday.

Favourite Player: Asa Hall

That will have been hard work on the legs this afternoon. Terrible conditions. Thought King's Lynn looked the most determined side and edged it in both halves, with us playing the better football in patches. Although not playing it as long as often as their crowd or idiot co commentary team made out, we did play it long far too much when Wright was on the pitch. Noticeable MacDonald kicking long rather than playing it out today, which was obviously the instruction from Management on the day.
Kept threatening to replay Asa Hall's stamp, but someone obviously thought better of it. I didn't see it clearly, but Asa's protests were clear. Be interesting to see if that is appealable as whilst I don't care if he doesn't play in the Trophy, he will be a big miss for a serious foul play 3 match ban.

Agree, don't agree (unless you mean us, the fans, and not the team), agree!

Tough game as predicted - no team is going to lie down in this division and there will undoubtedly be quite a few encounters like this and some where we're sure to be the losers. Shame the sending off, Hall will be a miss but we were doing pretty well early in the season when he wasn't ready. We should have plenty of cover but really need one or two back now. Hopefuly Wynter and Moxey will be back soon.
Not at all disappointed with the point, these are the banana skin games and to be fair keeps us ticking along and ahead of the chasing pack who were no doubt hoping we would slip up today.

I’ve had a look at the sending off incident on BT sports which shows a different angle. Asa came across and did lunge and swept his leg across which missed the ball and went into the upper boot /shin area. The impact did not knock their player down and Asa’s body weight was supported on his other leg, it was only their player’s momentum tripping over his outstretched leg which caused him to go down a split second later.
So neither dangerous or reckless and their player was absolutely fine. It was a foul, a yellow would have been harsh but the ref called it wrong with a red. The BT commentary team did not think it was a red and if you compare it with the challenge on CLE last Saturday when the Wrexham player got a yellow, (luckily) there is absolutely no comparison. Whether worth appealing I am not sure, there was contact and the FA normally back their man on the spot.
Probably not the worse time for a 3 match ban which I assume would end on the 26th. Asa likely to have been rested in the Trophy game next Saturday and not having to play both games on the 26th and 28th so close together is not a bad thing.

Yes, look at the same BT Sport highlights and compare this with the foul by a Dagenham and Redbridge player on an Altrincham player which resulted in the latter being stretchered off. The player wasn't even given a yellow card and both decisions caused the BT Sport commentators to scratch their heads.
