They are getting a bit upset on the Chesterfield forum about Boden running down to celebrate the 2nd goal. Idiots. When on loan he is in our team and the lads on the pitch are his mates ⚽️

Amazed at the Stockport Wealdstone score. Might even end up single figures now! Kiss of death ☹️ Disgrace Wealdstone 4 down and Kings Lynn have let in 5

I think Boden realises his future is not at Chesterfield Stefano . .....Hartlepool lose to Bromley. Big result!

A big win today and another record falls to Johnson’s boys. Sometimes you have to tough it out and win ugly, never going to be a classic and puts pressure on Sutton. Hartlepool result changes the complexion at the top.
How did Billy not score at the end? Another great left-footed strike for his goal though. 👍

Pressure back on Sutton though looking at Notts County's form I'm not really holding out much hope though they do have games in hand and still well in within a shout of the play off. They did win at Sutton early on in October though. With Weymouth, Woking, Maidenhead and Barnet in their final fixtures we could do with Notts raising their game and getting something from tomorrow evening's fixture. With Hartepool loseing to a much improved Bromley side its opened a small gap. We face Bromley next week - another tough and crucial fixture. Hopefully no new injuries, though (Andrews was struggling I see) and more players returning from injury. Nice Saturday to Saturday games to finish is a bonus for returning players.
The Stockport fixture is looking huge and beginning to look key but whatever happens its been a truly sensational effort from us.

However the season ends...hoping to be "over the moon" as opposed to " sick as a parrot"...the manager, staff and players have done us proud.Fantastic effort from all.

Champions’ character shown today.
We hit them hard early, got the lead, defended doggedly and wrapped it up with a second on the break.
Classic away performance.
Lots of players out on their feet at the end - they gave everything.
Was concerned about Warren and Moxey lasting the pace. Warren somehow managed to squeeze out 82 minutes and was knackered when he came off while Moxey stayed the full distance.
Nice five day break now - much needed to recharge the batteries before a really tough game with Bromley. Really need Lewis or Cameron back and Warren on the bench. Anyone else back would be a bonus.
Nice to see Hartlepool slip up. Stockport were always going to slaughter Wealdstone - surprised it took them so long to take the lead. Would be great if Notts County could do us a favour tomorrow. They really need the points.
Both us and Sutton now on GJ ‘s magic two points per game Championship recipe. It is usually about right. Neither Stockport nor Hartlepool can now get to 84 points. Both Torquay and Sutton can.
Looks like going to the wire.
COYY.

link - respect to “Dawlish” who dislocated his finger in the first half and just had it clicked back in by Kai!
