It will have to be quick fixtures are out in 14 days time (7 July) and first pre-season friendly at Buckland Athletic is in 20 days time (13 July) The Buckland fixture isn't shown on the list of pre-seaspn games announced by the club. Argyle first up on 31 July followed by Tiverton on 3 August. Buckland advertised the fixture for 13 July some time ago maybe more of a training kick about or maybe youth team players. ⚽️ Think Dave Thomas quoted us as starting training on 19th July 2021 so cannot see that happening unless it is a younger age bracket.

Trouble is every other league has started by then so possibly a League team’s development XI. I expect Buckland were on the alternative friendly list for if we had been promoted and started two weeks earlier.

Good that it looks as if the club is doing all it can re streaming. Was hoping the 3pm Saturday rule would be scrapped - or at least suspended for one more season or until people feel safer re covid. Would have thought that a deal could be done with BT re league games, but we may now be limited to midweek games only - just as Ifollow was for league teams pre-covid. Would be a shame not being able to watch streams of away games. Watching streams reinforced how radio commentaries are completely useless. Commentators having a chat and ignoring the action is only mildly irritating when you can see the action yourself. Extremely annoying when you have no idea at all what is happening on the pitch.

I see that Hungerford is the NLS team with no game on August 14 due to the National League stupidly running with odd numbers in Premier and South. They don't seem to have fixed up a friendly so would be an obvious fit for a friendly with not too long a journey for the away team.

Is there Commo for the Poole game? If there is, I haven't found it. Having said that I should really try to avoid listening to shit commentaries. If something annoys you, avoid it - simple as that. Unfortunately, something about Torquay United always seems to overpower the rational side of my brain.

Sadly none of our commentators are available for the game against Torquay United. We hope to start commentaries before the league season starts.

Anyone know how to get a 50% off the PSF on line? You need to log in to your account. Then click on type of ticket ie adult / concession- there is then a box you can click on for promotion and that should then apply it. Promotion can only be applied for one ticket so you need to do separate transactions if like me you have multiple season tickets on the same account. Phone lines are busy today and expect to queue to get to speak to someone.
