Going back to Arsenal's Invicta Ground this is a picture of the remaining terracing in the back gardens of houses in Mineral Street, which was built over the ground. If you refer to the map below this was taken bottom left hand side about a quarter in as the new road took out the lower few houses in the terrace, the church in the photo is built on the corner above the 'WA' of Conway Street. The map also shows the 'new' Manor Ground. The Google Earth picture shows the layout today. The terracing is just on the top of the lower footballers 'head' and the road to his left runs right down the side of the pitch with the houses to this road being built on what was part of the terracing on that side. The school in the map is situated where the four buildings are on the far left with the sun bouncing off their roofs. I've overlaid the boundary to the ground.
