Tough game against Dagenham who seem to be coming into form while we are most certainly not and a draw would be a good result. Ness will need replacing by either Marshall or Omar at the back unless our formation is rejigged again.

On a Saturday, it’s my task to tell Mrs Pew (who is not a great fan of football) who we are playing against. Due to the current situation though, I now inform her…who we are going to lose against! 🐮

Jarvis and McGavin I’ll apparently.
Goodwin returns for Jarvis, Crowe in at right back to free Donnellan to plug the gap in midfield. Marshall replaces Ness. Andrews on the bench.
Radio Devon just suggested a back five. Sounds more like 4-2-3-1 again to me.

Just noticed only four on the bench. Two centre backs, Lovett and Andrews. Has Hanson got the same bug as Jarvis and McGavin? Again, no sign of Lapslie.

Radio claiming we are going 3-5-2 but match not started yet. It’s that Cardigan as co-commentator. Have not been impressed by him in the past!

Nothing changes reckon they all get kicked to death in training.
Asa Hall keeps his place as the slowest player in the division. Lapslie injured again - what's the point? No Jarvis, McGavin or Hanson all crocked again. I presume and with Ness and Smith returning to their clubs and just a bare minimum of four on the bench, including an over weight and unfit striker, a center half who is well out of favour, and a young lad with little experience we look decidedly weaker just when we need to be getting strongewr. Pathetic.
Same sad old story....

The team sort of picked itself Pete.
Only decision was which one of three sub-standard centre-backs starts, with the other two joining the reserve keeper and an unfit striker on the bench.

They are insistent it is 3-5-2 with Wearne left wing back and De Silva playing up front with Goodwin. Would like to hear that confirmed by someone I can trust.

McGavin calf injury; Jarvis & Hanson have a bug - not Covid. But more importantly a win and off the bottom. Three/four points from safety - maybe next Sunday on BT Sport? |

I went and bought some Non Drip Gloss t’other day, and of course it dripped everywhere! So I went back the following day and asked for some Drip Gloss…proper job. 💧 |
