Yes, well, pretty reckless - very similar to the Oxford one

Looking good so far....it looks like we are gonna be the form team to beat on this run in.

The only question you could ask is how is it only one nil, what a great performance so far and I don't think Dsane would have ran at the defenders the way Danny did and what a good shot to get the first goal.
One cleared on the line and one header against the post and Burton have rode their luck, the sending off was deserved and now we need to make the extra man really count.
Lets hope we can carry on where we left of in the second half, I think we need to score again and If we get one early in the half I can see us getting one or two more.

Yeah, it could be 3 or 4. Hope we push on second half and turn them over properly, killing their confidence for the run-in!

A few runs from midfield, but not a lot of quality finishing from them. We still look like scoring another

Brilliant first half in which we should have been 3 or 4 up, bit fraught in the second half but we still ended up creating (and wasting) the best chances. Kevin Poole was the busiest Burton player on the night and Bevan had very little to do apart from a couple of regulation saves and some excellent handling.
Wroe seemed to be MOTM to me, with Stevens not far behind, although both the centre halves were outstanding too. Mansell still gives me the heebee jeebees when he's in possession though.
Moving on...

A good win with the normal situation of ten men making it nervy for the eleven. I can see it now though! We will push 'em and finish one point behind - all keyed up - and then fall apart to a rising Kidderminster in the play-off final! I thank you and good night! Mr Glass half-full.
(p.s. How good is Sturrock! Even with one leg. Great loan signing. Not sure about the previous one though...)

After being the best side in the first half it was only our battling qualities that made sure we got the three points. Burton were the better footballing team in the second half but failed to create any really good chances. We still could have added to our one goal, Benyon maybe could have done better after that great ball in by Stevens.
I felt most of Stevens passes were poor, he gave the ball away far to many times and we did not help ourselves just lumping it up field all the time as we lost it more times than not. Wroe played very well and deserved his man of the match award and with a better ball or two on the edge of the box and he could have put one of our players in for the second.
All you can do is go to a ground like Burton's and try and come away with something and we took the three points on offer and that is all that really matters at the end of the day.
Great to see Bucks celebrate in the way he did at the end, our dream could still come true and what we need now is a big gate at home on Saturday.

Sounded as though Robbo had another great game this evening (perhaps those present or watching could confirm?) Our defensive performances have certainly improved since Manse's return, and Robbo's shift into the centre. He was the dominant performer in the centre of the defence on Saturday and sounded much the same tonight.
