Very true. A safe solid build for next season !! Think you'll agree that any fan in their local bookies were tempted to put money on promotion during the summer. Hey it's a dream !! We certainly don't deserve to be so far down the league the way we've played this season.

We certainly don't deserve to be so far down the league the way we've played this season. Not a gambling man myself, but if I were then a bet on us getting promotion would be one I would consider at the start of any new season. I do feel we should have more points than we have at this time, no one really has ever beaten us of the park. But to win games you need to take the chance when they come your way and that is something we were failing to do. With Zebs and Rendell upfront, I firmly believe we will score more goals in the second half of the season and as long as our defense do their job properly, then we will be winning more games than we will be losing. |
