Their crowd seem partisan - They are, they're superb. I'd love to be in that big old ground with a full house, there's always been acres of empty spaces whenever I've been there. Kipper's there and his missus too, she is a Vale fan and born and lived right by the ground! ;D

shame we did not get to half time - although by the sound of the commentary I think we have more goals in us.

Not sure this is going to work from my phone, but here goes.
If vale are the bench mark for our season, then we could be in for a good one.
First 20-25 minutes we were well on top. Zebs is playing up front with benyon and he is running them ragged.
Stonewall penalty a's zebs brought down by keeper & wroe dispatched the penalty top right whilst keeper went left.
Benyon had goal struck off for offside when keeper spilt zebs shot.
A couple more chances before zebs poked in from a goalmouth scramble.
Vale dominant for last 15 mins as our goal lived a charmed life. Good day by bevan, mansell heading off the line before the inevitable. A strike from 20 yards beating bevs at near post, no ones fault. It couldn't go on for ever. All the Torquay fans stood and applauded after the goal, which home fans didn't get.
Vale have more goals in them so this isn't over by any means.
Would def take 2-1 right now.

Well thats a fantastic result. It does seem that Eunan O'Kane will be starting before very long. We seem to restrict Port Vale to very little in the second half. Brilliant.

Best start ever! Only side left with 100% record after QPR drew. Manager of the Month without doubt. Believe!!

As one record falls (first goal scored against us in approx. 1000 minutes) another one starts (first time Torquay have won their first 4 opening league games).
