Personally I thought that those claims were flimsy -let's face it, Robbo does more than his fair share of shirt-pulling himself and gets away with it! If a penalty was awarded against us for the same things then I would have been furious. Was it McPhee who went-down fairly late on? Whoever it was it was fairly desperate.
I just thought that he reffed it sensibly and stayed in the background. I

My plea from the Rotherham thread: Now can we please stop these thrilling draws and win the next few 1-0? We did all the hard work yesterday, but it was very frustrating that we didn't finish the job off. Looking at some of Morecambe's results, it is clear that they can rip teams that give them too much space to pieces. Although it wasn't pretty, we were very disciplined and organised in battling to gain the upper hand. If we hadn't got the goal, we would have had to make a decision whether to open the game up and risk our one point for the chance of winning another two. As it was, we we could have continued to keep it tight and closed out the 1-0, but we took the goal as license to open up and go gung-ho for more goals - ending up getting hit on the break by a sucker punch. Shame.

Actually anyone who stands next to Chelston on the Pop will indeed have fanned his arse in a desperate attempt to get the noxious gases he emits to travel in the opposite direction. I'm glad that the guy abusing Robbo was chucked out at the request of a number of fan stood near him I hear - good for them. My advice to Robbo would be to ignore the idiot, but the bloke obviously has the knack of really getting under players' skins to the point that he affects their performance. I know Wayno got to the point where he came over to the Pop to remonstrate with him. I had a chat with Wayne about it at the Trust's Wembley Way do and was amazed at what a placid, easy-going, intelligent and reasonable chap he was. Yet the Popside cretin had managed to rile him to boiling point. Isn't Robbo quite a placid guy too? I would love to have seen the Popside cretin have a go at someone like Dave Caldwell. That would have been interesting.

Shame. It is a shame and we have gone the opposite way from two years ago when we spent the last twenty minutes conceding from defending too deep. We were so very close to scoring just beforehand and that strategy did almost come off....

It was all Dorothy's (Danny Stevens that is) fault he misplaced a pass on the edge of the opposition box when we were on the attack. (Morris had by that time probably misplaced half a dozen - and got away with it) The playground bullies are at it again with their pathetic juvenile name calling tactics in an attempt to apportion all of the blame for our capitulation on the little guy. The attitude is"If you don't believe what I'm typing Ill give them girly names to get my argument across" Another suggesting we should all regularly give Danny Stevens automatic abuse whenever he appears on the pitch. No credit for his pace and wing play and setting up of "Nanny" McPhee, oh yes that's another of the "playground kids witty little names", pathetic. These are so called supporters of our club and are of the same ilk as the f*ckwit who was verbally abusing Chris Robertson during the match on Saturday. Amoeba comes to mind. What a sad and pathetic know all "clique" they are though I might add, none of these views were voiced on this particular forum....

It is indeed a pretty sad indictment of some of our support edit: Not having been there, I dont suppose Danny was wearing red boots was he? That might explain the "Dorothy"?
