I wonder how many of the 1928 crowd stayed to watch it I didn't - I went home for my tea. Martin Powell was part of TUFC's first ever "YTS" intake in 1983 along with Mark Loram. Jack Morrall who founded the TDPSFA was the father of our winger Steve.

Phil Purnell - who went on to play for the Gas - is the significant name in the Bristol side.
Mr L Sanders is the legendary "Pop" Sanders of Barton Junior School, my teacher for 1965/66.
