Those were the days..... Norwich was our longest away trip and both teams wore black knickers.

Thanks for this Norwich programme, Timbo. They really were regular opponents of ours between 1927 and 1958 being in the same league throughout with the exception of 1934-1939. Norwich have done rather well for themselves since those days, haven't they?
This is a programme worth a few minutes of anybody's time. A marvellous mixture of adverts as well as the local cinema listings. Boulton and Paul for instance, here making floodlight pylons, made all sorts of things including aircraft and were associated with the original Jewson business.
Another item of interest is the reference to the recent Clyde-Celtic game when a boy died in the crush and a number of other people were injured. Insure against this happening to you advises the Norwich supporters' club. Benefits include £3 per week if you're off work as a result of watching football. My, does that include football-induced stress?
