Five weeks to go and I couldn't be less interested. I suppose that once the Premier League, FL playoffs, and the FA cup are settled, and there is nothing else on, maybe then.....

Phew, that was close, I think Rooney is fit for the World Cup...how on earth could we go to a World cup without him...gawd help us, more tantrums, lack of interest and looking into the stands for very old women for Rooney again! No bloody chance of winning it...out in the first round probably!
The England team needs better players...hey, I've got a great idea, why don't all the premier league teams have B teams that the smaller teams can play against...yeh, that'll sort it! Totally destroy the lower league teams, but so what, as long as the premier league teams are happy and we get more England players!
Hey, I've just had another idea...why don't we tell all the foreign players in the premier league to F**K OFF...and only English players are allowed to play there, that's a much easier way to help the English team!

The Conference starts on 9th August, the same weekend as the Football League and a week before the Premier League
As for the World Cup, I'm really looking forward to it, perhaps more than I should be after the underwhelming tournament 4 years ago. Been watching 1998 and 2002 matches on YouTube to get in the mood and revisit my childhood
I'm writing on Ivory Coast this year so I'm supporting them and Nigeria, who I saw play last year

Nice that someone agrees with me!

Just noticed the date and time of the Italy game. Great news I will be at a Skittle Presentation so I miss it, might have had to watch it otherwise
