This is a big match for us on so many levels and I think the team will go all out to overcome that one goal deficit. The big question is the weather and after a good day today with only light rain forecast tonight there is no reason as to why this won't go ahead. Mind you, heavy rain due around the early part of the match so hopefully the pitch will hold up...
Probably beneficial for us in that Wrexham had a mid week game and together with a drive down as well as a fuller schedule over the last few weeks may mean we have that little bit extra in the tank. Actually we have for the first time a bit of competition up front in the squad so could be a unique line up. Possibly the scoreline may mean Hargreaves starts with two strikers which is not a bad thing....

I think it's a question of whether this squad of players and management can deliver in a big game environment. I have my doubts but we shall see. I don't think there is any doubt of Hargreaves motivational qualities but does he have the tactical nous and does he have players with enough character? It's something Buckle and his group of players were very good at. I am going today with low expectations bearing in mind our inconsistent form and the way Wrexham totally outplayed us for most of last week. They on the otherhand are in a good run of form and don't seem to concede much.

All out attack but with caution - we let in an early sloppy goal and its all over and they will realise that looking for us to be wide open and counter. Looking forward to it despite the fact its not the most recognised comp in football. Most importantly its the funds earned which will more than double if we can get to the final.

Downes back in defence with Gueguen pushed to right back. Campbell up front with Bowman otherwise same team as last week!
