What I do not get here - nor can I remember why (unless it was how awful our ground was) - is why, if we win a penalty shoot-out to decide the venue, did we choose St James Park, yet Swansea still got to choose The Vetch Field?

I am not sure what the reason was either. Certainly all the local finals had already been played at Plainmoor by that point. Your guess is as good as mine. |
