1/8/84 Stoke gabriel F 7/8/84 Gloucester F 11/8/84 Andover F 28/10/84 5 A side tournament at Mayflower Center Plymouth 29/4/85 Exeter Devon Bowl 19/5/85 Saltash - Piper Alpha Disaster match
As stated Brett these are the aways I have in my possession. On a admin note it would be good if each match included the format so for example 1/8/84 Stoke Gabriel away 16 page programme. That is then proof it actually exists. For example I have no knowledge of 20/2/85 Saltash or 25/3/85 HMS Torbay programmes and have never seen them. Are you aware they exist. It is also useful to see what the programmes were issued for eg Friendly Devon Bowl etc. As far as I am aware, for the Colchester home game played on 16/4/85 - the game was postponed from 16/3/85 and it was reissued in 16/4/85 with no insert.

I notice in his notes for the 26th February against Swindon, David Webb says that there had been a behind closed doors friendly against Saltash the previous Monday which would have been the 20th. Not sure if this is any help.
Afraid I am not as knowledgeable as you folks.

For my own personal collection... just got the last programme of the season away to Darlo. Great to have with Cyril's managers noted and also seeing the likes of Tupling, Lloyd etc. My question is, why did the season end on a Tuesday?

For my own personal collection... just got the last programme of the season away to Darlo. Great to have with Cyril's managers noted and also seeing the likes of Tupling, Lloyd etc. My question is, why did the season end on a Tuesday? Back in those days the football authorities didn't insist on all the final games being played at the same time. After the final full Saturday round of games there would still be outstanding rearranged matches postponed from earlier in the season to be played.
