You could say that it is moving to feel the love for Torquay United Football Club, but I am filled with frustration, sadness and outright anger that - to misquote Mark Anthony - "they come to bury Torquay United, not to save us".
To more accurately quote Mark Anthony, "The evil that men do lives after them".
Future generations will ask why Torquay United was just handed over to property developers without supporters, the South Devon community and the wider football community being given the chance to rescue the club.
The treachery of Dave Phillips, Mervyn Balson, Val Balson and Harry Kerswell will be fully recorded in the final "Complete History of Torquay United FC".
