Although our good friends at Truro City won't have the luxury of sharing the wonderful new pitch and much improved facilities at Plainmoor next season, they still take every opportunity to visit the area.
THE WHITE Tigers’ players were put through their paces in no uncertain terms at Goodrington Sands beach earlier this week.
Fitness instructors, Simon Holden and Gary Stephens of South Devon College set up an ‘extreme’ boot camp session which pushed the lads to the limit. “It challenged both the mind and the body” said assistant manager, Chris Todd. “It pushed the lads to the edge of their comfort zone and took our training to a whole new level. The session was fun and functional; we made great use of the natural landscape under the expert guidance of experienced instructors.”
