So, we're on the tele! The reason we're on the tele of course, is the hope of a so called 'Banana Skin' game. If the previous manager had still been in charge, that was almost set in stone! It's a fear all so called 'Bigger' teams have. I have a greater fear on match-days though! Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night screaming 'please stop...please stop...please stop!' But I know the nightmare will never end! It goes on ad nauseam...endlessly...forever...eternally...please stop! We all know what it is sports fans...'Yellow Army...Yellow Army...Yellow Army...Yellow zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! At least I have the mute button!

Well, I haven't been this excited since we voted to leave the catastrophic catastrophe that is the European Union!

So tomorrow is the draw for the third qualifying round. No new entries as National League comes in for the following round. Anyone know if this draw is still regionised and our prospective opponents?

The draw is regionalised for all the qualifying rounfs, so the next two rounds will be regionalised. You can gauge our prospective opponents by looking at the results of the 2nd qualifying round and consulting a map.

And then there are the NLS sides nearest to us, of which Bath, Chippenham and Gloucester are bound to be potential geographical pairings with us.

Unfortunately, the South West and South East zones merge (as do the North and Midlands zones) for the next round so we have 34 teams in the hat in the North and 46 in the South. www.nonleaguematters.co.uk/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_view_flat;post=884374;page=4;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC;mh=25;guest=268835829We can still hope for Taunton, Tiverton or Truro, but more likely to get a team from the South East - 32/46 from SE zone and 14/46 from SW zone. 35 Hampton & Richmond Borough (6NS) 36 Kings Langley (7SLPS) or Lewes (7ISTP) 37 Wealdstone (6NS) 38 Welling United (6NS) 39 Hendon (7SLPS) or Phoenix Sports (8IS1SE) or Lancing (9SCP) 40 Woking (6NS) 41 Hanwell Town (8IS1SC) 42 Egham Town (8IS1SC) or Brightlingsea Regent (7ISTP) 43 Worthing (7ISTP) 44 Concord Rangers (6NS) 45 Dorking Wanderers (7ISTP) 46 Haringey Borough (7ISTP) 47 Hastings United (8IS1SE) 48 Coggeshall Town (8IS1N) 49 St. Albans City (6NS) or Whyteleafe (8IS1SE) or Corinthian Casuals (7ISTP) 50 Hemel Hempstead Town (6NS) 51 Billericay Town (6NS) 52 Kempston Rovers (8SL1C) 53 Hitchin Town (7SLPC) or Didcot Town (8SL1C) 54 Bognor Regis Town (7ISTP) or A.F.C. That’s a pity. It was looking like quite a small pool of ‘local’ teams, so can see why they do this.
