We all must have one Christmas song that we really think is the very best one ever made and really tells the meaning of Christmas. While other Christmas songs might just be a great party song that we jut love to hear at those Christmas party's. Well my all time top Christmas song is one I preformed so many times and could not wait for Christmas to come, so I could perform it live at some hotel or social club. I had to do a fair few carol's in the hotels and worked in other Christmas songs I liked, I often started my Christmas shows with a Shaky Stevens song Merry Christmas Everyone. My all time number one song and the one I really loved singing the best was Lonely This Chrismas by Mud. I would sing it with my Elvis voice and as I loved singing ballad's, I was able to put so much into my performance. So whats your top Christmas song? why? and what does it say about Christmas to you.

Its Fairytale of New York for me, closely followed by John Lennon-Happy Xmas (war is over). Also The Pretenders song which I cant remember the name of.

Thanks yes, beautiful song. Not liking Chris Martin's version of it though.
