I see GJ is looking to bring in a couple of new signings. Matt Rhead is not getting much playing time at Lincoln City and would be a great loan signing. 6'4" and a real handful up front...just what we need.

Matt Rhead? Yes please cant see that happening though somehow bound to be many clubs ahead of us who would be in for him "IF" available.

One to keep an eye on...especially if Lincoln bring in new players. Guessing he will be looking to move next season.Distance from Lincoln to Torquay may be an issue along with interest from other clubs admittedly. Loan spell after January transfer window would be great.

Johnson is in no hurry to bring in new signings and with Hall, Essuman, Edward etc all due back in the next fortnight there is suddenly a fair amount of competition for places with only a large target man being absent in the squad. Dickson should be back on Saturday leaving only Sokolik as longer term injured and our defence is now well covered with Sendles-White back in the fray as long as Davis stays fit. For me, the crunch point is in January when all those Bristol CIty loans expire - some may be converted to season long loans but any of that quartet are pretty invaluable and will be hard to replace.

Of the four Bristol City loanees, I would think that both parent club and Wales would be looking to have Lemonheigh-Evans out at a higher level come January. The others - hopefully we’ll be in with a good shout of getting them for the remainder.

Lemonheigh Evans just looks too good for our level - not that I am complaining!

Dickson as back up to that four sounds good. We got lucky getting Lemonheigh-Evans back and should enjoy it while it lasts.

link - I see we have another goal keeper brought in as back up for the final run in which could potentially include a couple of play off games as we are about to reach the cut off point for bringing in loan signings. Makes sense as Burton is yet to feature and imagine him going up to Woking to make his first start! Interesting use of the term work experience. Wonder if he is being looked at as possible cover/competition for next season? Anyway, welcome to the club Myles.
