Another load of snow, another bloody power cut…fourteen hours! TFF members and guests, will understand my pain, my anguish and my feelings of total isolation and despair! 😩 Russia could be nuking Ukraine…Kim Jong Un could be nuking all those around him…David Beckham could have eventually realised that he is a hypocritical tw@! The above concerns were of course minuscule compared to my despair over missing out on being able to listen to The Grail! 👂 A competition which myself, and others, prize above all things. So imagine my surprise and delight to find the match had been postponed. 😮 Now I can listen to every bone crushing tackle…every career changing smash…every cry from a tortured being writhing on the ground screaming: ‘what the fu<k have I done to deserve this?’ I feel a song coming on. 🤔 As it’s Monday and close to the fateful day, let us have a look at this post & competition a bit closer. Some people will find that ☝️ post (and t’other music one) silly, others stupid, others pointless, which of course they are because that is how I wanted them…to reflect the stupidness-the silliness-the pointlessness of this competition! I look forward to seeing the praise for this competition that will be appearing shortly. 🐮 |

It’s the amount of time that Christmas lasts.
I have an AZ5 head and a Tele Vue Barlow stuck in the system somewhere, and there they will remain for the foreseeable future!
If it’s not Christmas it’s some bloody strike or t’other…Bah Bloody Humbug!

If the snow showers stop I’m in the shed again tonight trying out a few things. Mrs Pew thinks I’m mad (can’t argue with her there I suppose) but I do have heating and t’internet so it’s not that bad. 🥶

So with one load of madness behind us, we now have a small window of opportunity to draw breath before the next load of madness arrives…New Year.
Depending on what you believe, the end of the world (Armageddon) or the return of Jesus (The Second Coming) is about to happen…although they have been saying that for over two thousand years! Seemingly, it’s written in the Scriptures…whatever they are?
Imagine if Jesus were to return though…that would mean another bloody holiday…God help us! 🙏

If we look somewhat deeper at our predicament (TUFC that is) we will see that in many ways it is similar to that of Wenseslao Moguel.
Our supporters make their weary way to which ever venue we are playing at attending, similar to Wenseslao…as if going to their execution!
Every game we play our defence is shot to pieces…our midfield is shot to pieces…our forward line should be shot is shot to pieces! With the Coop-de-Grace being: we inevitably lose.
Can we though, just like Wenseslao Moguel, survive with all these holes in us? 🕳️🕳️🕳️

Without doubt Pele the greatest ever. Remember he was only 17 in his first world cup. It still makes me sad that he got the shit kicked out of him in the 1970 world cup.
And by all accounts a wonderful human being.

Fortunately, Pele was born in a different era to the likes of Look At Me Lineker, or Bend Over Like Beckham!
By all accounts he was a genuinely nice guy and did a lot for people, as opposed to the above two who do everything for the Green-Back! 🤑

Think we also have to mention Eusebio...The Black Pearl...when discussing the soccer greats. 733 goals in 745 games. I met him once...early hours of the morning in a nightclub called Day and Night in Lisbon. I was star struck and he was very gracious.
