 57th minute 1-1  Olaf and the Away fans laugh with you.  Great to see a young prospect doing well at TUFC. Another fine example of the returns the Chairman's funding makes possible. CO already willing to listen to offers of £1.4 million and above for him 

Psycho Janner back at Bristol City, and I wonder if his fine form with us will earn him an Easter Monday trip to Hillsborough  with his parent club. or a place in the first team squad before the end of the season ? 

Thoughts will be turning to next season now and surely strengthening the squad for the bigger challenge ahead. This division is streets behind the one above and reckon GJ will want to prepare well and will already be targeting the right players for what will be a tough challenge.
Still not sure who will cope with the better standard and quality of opposition but I have a feeling one or two may struggle and lets not forget all of the Bristol boys gave us the necessary quality to achieve what we have. Will any be back for another spell?
Not a great result or performance today but in reality pretty meaningless although only a short while ago I was certain that this game would be the decider.
Reckon the long hard season with a young and small squad has finally taken its toll and we have looked a little war weary and jaded of late.
The hard work that got us out of this division is history now and the goal reached so not surprised we are tailing off and to have in te back of your mind that the job is done is bound to affect players mentally.
Must put in a performance on Monday as this could decide who gets relegated with Truro in danger.
Woking have also completely shot their bolt and cant buy a win and are looking more likely than ever of playing in this league next term. In danger now of not finishing as runners up something looked impossible a few weeks ago.
Two games to go and summer to look forward to. NLS has been an enjoyable experience though only because of our success on the pitch. The club has won back the fans but to keep them coming we need even more success will it happen that's the big question now.

That certainly was a substandard performance and Chippenham were able to do the double over us with our team at its lowest ebb earlier this season and highest ebb yesterday and in both cases were able to take advantage. Although you can point to the poor playing surface, change of formation and missing players, at the end of the day the quality was still not there as Johnson very forcible makes in his post match interview.

Having said that we did create enough chances to win the game with and the uncharacteristic miss by Reid early in the second half, shortly followed by Sendles-White before Koszela got his first senior goal (which may be a significant step both in his career and the progression of the club) and late on Niate also missing a chance which on another day could have seen all of these good opportunities go in.

Chippenham got two free kicks in quick succession either side of the penalty area midway through the first half after a good start from us and it was from the second of these that one of the players was able to glance a simple header in from the edge of the 6 yard box. Their second goal came from us losing possession on our right wing and they were able get forward in numbers for another header to simply glance in from a cross. The goal was too easy and probably not a coincidence that all the goals scored were from headers.

Kalala was pretty ineffective up front and not sure whether it was the position or if he was having one of those days. He only played seven games for Cheltenham in league two last year and this season has seen him play the most of his career and maybe as a young developing player you’re going to get a bit of inconsistency particularly towards the end of a long and intense season. Not that he was the only player off his game by a long shot.

After a very successful 30 game run at times reaching a high standard above the level of this league I can forgive the odd poor game and I am now looking forward to the final home game on Monday which we see us lift the trophy!!!

I can see the commercial side and its all about revenue streams etc., but feel that there is room for both.

In response to rjdgull' s previous post....sad to hear these idiots are associated with our club. Need to find out who they are and ban them. Hope they do not spoil the final home game of the season on Monday.
