After a two week break but where Johnson has been putting the players through their paces, we head up to Wrexham for a pivotal match, the result of which could see us either looking up or down the table.
I think the concern at the moment is very much in defence with Niate gone, Warren recalled and Cundy only 50-50 as to whether he will be fit for the game, leaves just Lewis and Cameron as recognised first team central defenders with the former being played at right back due to Wynter still being injured and not due back for another week or two either. At least we have Longridge to cover for the still injured Davies at left back.
I think this could mean Hall plays in central defence with Little and Lemonheigh-Evans in midfield and new signing Azeez partnering Reid up front. Whitfield on one wing with the choice of Andrews, Kalala and Nemane to start on the other.

Must be doubts already as to whether this one will go ahead with yet another fierce storm approaching and the west of the country to be hit hard once again. The wet weather this winter has been way above average but one plus is the way the Plainmoor pitch has stood up to the onslaught pretty well after further drainage improvments in the summer. If it is off it would be three weeks without a game. Good for the injury situation perhaps and a chance for a few to get their second breath and push on though doubt we will be taking our foot of of the gas in training.

If it was a home game, not a chance of this going ahead as the rain is coming in this afternoon and literally carrying on for 48 hours! Looking at the Wrexham forecast the rain doesn’t hit them till mid morning tomorrow but think it would be a result if this is called off as it’s going to be appalling conditions for the teams to play in and could end up a bit of a lottery....

So far in our league, games also off at Barnet, Barrow and Fylde and likely more to come!

So far in our league, games also off at Barnet, Barrow and Fylde and likely more to come! Add Eastleigh, Halifax and Solihull to that list! If Yeovil have anything like our rainfall then that televised match is going to be in doubt as well!
