I'm sure I mentioned this before but cant find it anywhere.
Due to no buses running and no lift available I decided to walk to this match.
Got as far as Oldway I think and someone must of seen my Torquay scarf and was offered a lift.
That person was none other than Mr Frank O`Farrell.
So got to Plainmoor very early.
I stood at the Babbacombe End and remember the large contingent of Newport fans arriving early as well and they were allowed to congregated in the Mini Stand without anyone there to stop them.
The Torquay fans were than stopped from going in and had to stand on the adjacent terrace.
