Another televised game so we will be able to see what the other teams around us do prior to kick-off.
We had a good win against Boreham Wood in the FA trophy but we scored the first goal and were then able to hit them on the counter late on so not as clear cut as the score line suggests. Boreham are just a point outside the play off positions so have it all to play for. Yet to win in 3 away games this month against Wealdstone, Dagenham and Woking with 2 draws and a loss against Wealdstone, scoring just 2 goals, both in the Dagenham game.
We are certainly fresher than Boreham having just played the one game in March and after having to field some very depleted teams in January and February we are slowly getting the numbers back. If Moxey is fit then that is a big bonus but now 5 weeks into his recovery from a hip flexor that can take 3 to 6 weeks to heal with the resulting loss of match fitness so may be a bit soon. If Warren or Cameron are back then that means Lewis can cover at left back as opposed to Andrews.
Little and Boden filled the big shoes of Nemane and Wright who were so integral to our early season success but both are yet to reach full match fitness and sharpness. Umerah did well in wearing down their centre backs in our previous game so could be an option with Waters devastating against them late on.
Still think we will finish strongly this season but we need to start winning this month to keep in contact with the top of the division. A couple of wins can completely change the mood and morale as well as the league position.

I can see us overtaking Hartlepool on Saturday with them playing Eastleigh who are in the promotion play off places. Got draw written all over it.
Sutton should get something at Kings Lynn but it would be nice if that was only a point as well.
We have to start getting some points on the board otherwise we will be too far adrift come the run in, and it would be nice to get a few goals as our previously commanding goal difference has now gone with both Sutton and ourselves now on a GD of 21. ⚽️

Nice to be optimistic Stefano I admire your positivity. But I can also see us slipping even further behind after the weekend games Kings Lynn are poor atm and we played all of our goal scoring cards in the FA trophy game up there! Just as we did against Hartlepool and Yeovil Town!
On BT Sport once again even that's a bad omen though the money is a bonus ... Like you say though its now or never we need to keep in touch for when we have players back but more important the ones who have come in really need to start to produce, Boden in particular we simply cant wait too long for him to settle in and get up to speed. In the nine league games played since our 4-0 victory over BW we have scored only seven times in open play, a poor return for such an attacking side.
Our luck is sure to change at some point though isn't it?
*Latest management casualties in the NL - Fowler at Barnet and Shan at Solihull Moors - both sacked in the last 24 hours.*

Little and Lemonheigh-Evans one central, one wide right? 3-5-2 with Randell and Whitfield wing backs and Little and Lemonheigh-Evans either side of Hall?

Just the three defenders available again.
Hall at Centre back?
Sheaf and Street not making the bench. I wonder if we will hear that they have returned to their parent clubs at some point during the week?

Reckon we will play three at the back. Got to try something we look so thin on the ground now, none back from injury and we have struggled to score in open play in recent games. Who would have imagined ten games ago that Sutton would have been six points ahead on same games played? Best we can hope for now is to sneak a play off place.
Shit or bust as the saying goes but fancy it will be bust I'm afraid.

No returnees back from injury, was hoping maybe Moxey or Warren would be back but that turns out to be fanciful thinking!

Very frustrating half! We always seem to want to take an extra touch when we have worked good opportunities in front of goal and the chance goes. We can ill afford to miss penalties, the run we're on.

We didn’t lose. Play offs at best now. Resigned to it. Hope no longer killing. Sutton now 8 points clear of us with same number of games played as no point in thinking those Dover points and game remain.

Hopefully bring in a couple of new loan signings. Easier said than done, signings that actually add to the squad that is, rather than just make up the numbers as has been the case with Street and Sheaf.
