I am sure i went to this game but my memory of the Justin Fashanu and Julie Goodyear appearance is vague. Did they parade around the pitch at half time arm in arm ? Did it make the front page of the Sun newspaper the following day ? A shiny pound coin to anyone that can find any footage anywhere that can be shown as i cant find any. Come on Jon...tis the season of goodwill...

Come on Jon...tis the season of goodwill... By sheer coincidence there is a picture of her in the Bury programme that I will be posting tomorrow and was going to ask what game she was at. She walked round the ground at half time waving a Torquay scarf and the inevitable happened when she got to the Popside(I was in the Mini Stand)with shouts of Get your **** out for the lads. She loved it. |
