This one brings back memories! If I recall correctly this was part of 4 wins and a draw which took us within touching distance of survival - this one sticks in the mind as I think it was a last minute penalty. Constantine put it away nicely only for the ref to make him take it again for a reason unknown at the time. Took balls of steel from Constantine to put the retake away in the circumstances. I think the penalty went in off the bar.
Such a shame we never turned up at Colchester. We played some cracking football during that run-in with the wins against MK Dons, Blackpool and the great away win at Oldham.
On a more general level, I’d stopped buying programmes by this point, but the seasons 03/04 and 04/05 really were decent publications.

Yes - the twice-taken penalty is my overriding memory from this game. Again, I seem to remember being stood at the Babbacombe End for this game. Not sure if this is just my memory playing tricks on me or whether for some reason, home fans were being out there.
