After some relatively good losses against top of the table, Exeter city,0-2 and Moneyfields 2-4 the women have a long trip to Sussex today to play bottom of table Selsey whom they beat 6-0 back in October aided by a red card. The squad is ever so thin with no substitutions available for the last game, but improvements seem to be being made as they adjust to being in a higher and more professional league.
They remain one point above the relegation zone after Southampton drew one all with Maidenhead last week and then have a home game against Bridgewater this coming Thursday to whom they lost by just the one goal. They then have an away game at Southampton on 24 March, a game, which could well be the relegation decider……
