Rob Earnshaw is the name that instantly springs to mind, but I don't think he ever played in the conference?

Rob Earnshaw is the hat-tricks, all 4 Leagues and Country etc. question. Alan Cork is the first all 4 Leagues goal scorer. A feat matched by Ian Ashbee at Hull this season.
