Well what team does Bucks put out for this match, you would have thought it the Burton game had gone ahead, we would have made some changes for this match, bearing in mind the Wrexham game on the following Tuesday night.
I think he will stick with Sills and Green up front and I do think it would the game to rest Hodges and give young Mark Ellis a game.I would also think we will see our new loan player from Bristol City making a start as well.

Isn't Sills out? Maybe a debut for Plummer? Hargreaves wrote in his blog tonight that he would like to visit NEC this weekend with his son so maybe he is due for a sicky rest ;D Agree about Hodges - needs to practise his free kicks a bit more

Hargreaves wrote in his blog tonight that he would like to visit NEC this weekend with his son so maybe he is due for a sicky rest ;D I think given his age and the high octane style of play he adopts, it would be prudent to give Chris Hargreaves a week off......................what a pity we don't have a benefactor who could offer him and his family a nice time share in the sun in which to rest his weary bones and screaming muscular system. Come on Dave Shaw , you're in the business; show a bit of pro activity and rehabilitate yourself in the eyes of the masses who only view you as a miserable moaning git out there on the other side of the world. Think of the positive publicity your business would accrue when Sky Sports got hold of the story for their build up for the Fourth Round of the FA Cup..................in fact, why didn't Greavsie play his part by getting that all important fifth yellow card last Saturday?

As well as Sills enforced rest, I would like to see Ellis, Robertson, Thompson, Benyon and Plummer get decent run-outs for this game. Is Poke still with us?
I agree Hargreaves could probably do with a rest and Hodges and Woods aren't getting any younger.
Eager to please, I would expect the resultant mixture of regulars and current fringe to wipe the floor with R&D.

Merse, Fractional Real estate isn't quite the same thing but i'll see what i can do. Not sure what to make of this game. Would not be too unhappy if we went out. But another wembley trip would be nice. If Buckle can put right his mistakes from last year by winning promotion and the cup then i'll take back everything i've said and proclaim him the messiah.

What are the chances of this game being postponed because of the weather? Exeter's game against Macclesfield was postponed because of a frozen pitch.

Has to be a start for Plummer, surely!
He's been on loan to Luton for the past couple of months, and the reason he was pulled out of there......................he wasn't playing enough games!
Sort it!

Must admit I thought it was a posh name for time share...................much like Dave Shaw confusing FIFA 09 with the real thing, eh Dave! Let's come up with some other euphemisms. I'll set the ball rolling with: "Football the way it was meant to be played" = like York City (16th place in the table) and Mansfield Town ( 18th) "Hoof Ball" = Nicky Wroe trying his luck from his own half! "Wing Back" = Lee Canoville...........gets forward at home to Barnet, still to get back a week later v Stockport! "First black manager of England" = Leroy Rosenior has a sex change and becomes Hope Powell! "He's not a racist" = John Bartlett loves' coloured' people - he's coloured orange after all!

bearing in mind the Wrexham game on the following Tuesday night. Hoping this is a typo, and that you meant to say Thursday! If it is Tuesday I will miss it as I am out - Thursday I have cancelled all my plans, bar one - to sit in front of the TV and cheer on our team!!

Checking the date, I see you are correct Scott, I just saw the game on the calendar and without thinking put Tuesday as we seldom get Thursdays games, but seeing its on TV I should have known it would have been a Thursday night game.(I must try harder )

We could end up playing on tuesday though. If we draw with Rushden then technically the replay should be tuesday evening. Maybe the FA will allow us to replay the midweek after as its free at the moment!
