I really love it when we get a brand new Best Poster Of The Week, this week it makes me even more happy, as this was the first week this weeks winner ever posted on the TFF.
I am very fortunate to get to talk with with this weeks winner, she is young and started going to Plainmoor last season for the first time, now she is hooked just like her dad.
She is very grown up for her age and you will not find a more pleasant and lovely young lady to talk too, should you ever get the chance to talk with her, you would soon know she is a very smart young adult.
I loved her first post but her second was a real gem and I'm sure she got every members respect with it. She let us know that she may be young and only a fan for one season, but that must not stop anyone disagreeing with her views and that she should be treated the same as all other members. What a girl

Just got in from our most recent pre-season match at Plainmoor, and I must say I was very impressed with pretty much all aspects of the game. Our players are noticeably in better shape than last season and seem to have a lot more confidence.
Many eyes were on the very recently signed Rendell, who showed impressive potential and wasn’t afraid of getting stuck in. He worked well with the mid-field players and went on to score a very impressive goal. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one willing him to do well in his first game, and I expect to be seeing a lot of him in the coming season. It was nice to see a very enthusiastic hug from Benyon, who himself had a good game, and set up Rendell’s goal with a cracking pass across the box.
Bevan was another who had a very good game, pulling off some cracking saves – one around five minutes into the second half and then later a spectacular one handed save.
In regards to Brighton, they showed some swift football in the first half before seeming to run out of steam in the second. There was also a fair amount of aggression on their part, in particular a lot of shirt-pulling. I felt that tonight it was evident that there is no major difference in the standard of football between the two teams despite their respective league positions.
Whilst on the subject of aggression, I must mention the slightly surprising red card for Brighton’s No.18 and a yellow for Ellis. Quite a few fans were questioning the reason for the decision; perhaps it was something to do with the pushing and shoving going on between the two players?
I have mentioned the occurrence of lots of shirt-pulling throughout the game, perhaps the most significant being that of Brighton’s No. 14. What began as a ripped collar become a huge tear down his shirt. This seemed to be due to one of two reasons; he wanted to exaggerate an earlier tackle by making the rip more dramatic, or his efforts were to reveal more and more of his chest as the game progressed.
Overall, I feel that every one of our players put in decent effort, and it is clear to see that Buckle has improved the standard of football since last season. There were plenty of just off-target shots and the lads seem to be a lot more confident and relaxed, leaving me very optimistic in my hopes for a mid-table finish next season... ;D

She did so because she trusted my words that I would protect her, not let someone tear her views to bits, claiming her views had to be wrong; she was not sat in a high seat. Her views were rubbish, because she was just a kid and had not been to nearly as many games as he had. Today on the TFF is a very good day and shows the progress that is being made to get the message out; you can share your views on here without fear.
She went to the game, enjoyed herself and wrote a very nice post of her own views of the game; I’ll take posts like that every time, over rude and arrogant posts.
Thank you to rjdgull and Dave R for the nice comments on my first post.
I would also like to say that even though I am young and have only been a fan for one season, I don’t want other forum members to feel they cannot disagree with my views – after all the point of the forum is discussion and debate. I welcome any comments about my opinions and would expect people to disagree with me on plenty of occasions in the forthcoming season. I certainly don’t want people to treat me any differently to anyone else on here.
