There comes a point in a season when you start checking for records - sadly this is not a pleasant one.
This is the twelfth time we have lost six league games in a row.
The last occasion was under Wes in September / October 2000.
Six of the eleven streaks ended at six. Two got to seven, and the record of eight has been achieved three times.
The eight game losing streaks were March / April 1948, October / November 1971 and September to November 1995.
