Don't you just love the picture of the keeper getting the ball over the bar, it looks like when the popular side was just an open terrace, the game could be watched from the upstairs windows in some of the house in Marmham Road.
I remember before the new away end was built, people used to watch the game from the upstairs windows in the houses in Warbro Road. I'm sure there was a fan who was banned but still got to see the games as he knew one of the house holders.
