Unfortunately Joe's original post was too long to fit in the TFF programme pages so I had to edit it down a bit, but I hope the essence of it still got through.
And apologies to Pete, I got your name in after the second of your 'snippets' but some how omitted it on the first starting 'no classic...'
We've still got a few games to go, and I need to find some really top-notch and interesting snippets to keep the quality up until the final match.... so any great or amusing reminisces, interesting United facts or unknown bits of history, get them on here... please!
