I think it is quite appropriate that the Christmas Number 1 has gone to the member that both founded this forum and continues to contribute the most to it. This possibly wasn't his most lengthy or emotionally wought post nor his best put argument but there is a comedian inside of Dave and it sure tickled me pink. ;D ;D ;D Well Done Dave for making us all smile and Merry Christmas everyone. Is there any end to your fluffiness Dave? The answer is a big NO Dave, top man doing a very good job with limited resources and we are lucky to still have him here.

Thanks Rob, I was born a clown and never afraid to laugh at myself and for me life has always been trying to make others smile and laugh. It won’t take away the burdens and heavy loads many have to carry around with them, but maybe just for a few minutes; they can forget the hurt, upset and worry in their lives.
Today is the happiest day of my life so far, this last month I was so unsure if the one person I wanted to spend today with, was going to be here at all. Carol is Christmas; her life has only ever been about giving to others and often at the expense of herself and own health.
The twinkle in her eye today has brought the deepest warmest smile to my face and I don’t need any other presents today, as I have got what I asked Santa for. She is so looking forward to the Christmas dinner, due to her problems she won’t be able to eat very much, but that does not worry her or upset her, she is here to be able to sit down with us the people she loves and that is all she asked for Christmas as well.
Our home will soon be very busy for the rest of the morning as so many will be popping in to see Carol. I know I will be smiling even more when she sees her grandchildren open their presents here, as that will make her smile and make her happy.
Enjoy Christmas everyone, treasure every single second of it and make sure its full of fun and laughter, without laughter life can be a very dark place indeed.
All the very best
Dave
