Two names from Timbo's most recent programmes - Brian Hill (Coventry) and Cliff Jackson (Swindon) - were later to appear together for Torquay United in the early 1970s.
An optimistic shout for promotion. We eventually finished 12th which, noentheless, wasn't a bad performance for a newly-promoted team. Unfortunately we didn't win any of our final ten games of the season and slipped from being 7th after 36 games.
