Another one of Timbo's programmes from long ago that slipped under the radar.
This one includes a profile of Pat Fewings, a North Devonian who played in a handful of games before returning to Western League football.
There's mention of our performance at Southend the previous week. This would have been one of the final games at the Stadium before Southend moved to Roots Hall. The old place, where they'd played since the 1930s, carried on as a dog track until the 1980s.
Ralph Banks at left-back for Aldershot. He'd been up against Stan Matthews in the 1953 FA Cup final. That, I believe, was his last appearance for Bolton.
