It is good to be finally talking about matches again as we start with this regular pre season fixture. (eleven since '98?) Last year it was a 8-0 thumping with Billy Kee netting five times! However, everything was running smoothly by then with it being the fifth match and having just played an impressive QPR.
This will be the first chance to see the four new signings that Ling has brought in and I'm sure comparisons of how McPhee does will be particularly most welcome. With only Kee and Yeoman up front and another trailist, it is likely that he will be in a forward position at some point. It will be also interesting to see where Ling plays certain players as it could be a pointer for the forthcoming season!

Can't make this one I'm afraid. If anyone has an IPhone or Blackberry, a report would be great including team and whether there are any triallists.  |

as a rule i dont do friendlies but as this is near me am making the trip to tivvy.The comings and goings during these games of players that i dont even know drives me nuts,but will try to keep up with it,and of course nice to see hilly again hopefully

Would you like Rice with that? ;D Ricey played the first half for Truro against Falmouth last night (half-time: 3-1 to Falmouth). He was sat about six feet away from me in the second half. Perhaps I should have asked him.... |
