I almost missed news of this PSF which has been slipped in before the Stoke match on Monday. Ling is looking to take a strong squad up although there are a few bumps and bruises from the Exeter game with Manse, Jarvis and Nathan Craig receiving treatment with Nathan having to go for a scan 
although all are expected to be fit for the start of the season.
The news for this match is that a centre half trialist may start this one with a view to an initial loan deal. This is probably our weakest area particularly with Downes not having the best injury record and the sale of Eunan has left a bit of wriggle room in the budget.
Once more this will be a chance for Lingy to assess his players and firm up his best starting XI before the toughest match of the pre-season on Monday.
