After a gutsy draw on Saturday, it is quickly followed up with another trip but this time to bottom club Kidderminster. I think that Spiess will be out following his red card which will give Lavercombe his first start of the season and a chance to lay claim to a place, particularly after his wonder save on Saturday. A combination of injuries, loans and recent exits means that the squad virtually picks itself with just 16 available according to the Western Morning News - ( Lavercombe; MacDonald, Geohaghon, Smith, Hurst, Carmichael, Heslop, Butler, Fisher, Lavelle-Moore, Quigley, Briscoe, Murombedzi, Fenwick, Marsh, Chaney.) but maybe Odofin will also get a chance to sit on the bench?
Kidderminster are another ex league side who seem to be in a downward spiral at present and are really struggling, without a win so far although with some decent draws against some good sides so will not be a push over. Luke Maxwell is still suspended for them and Andrew Fox has come to the end of his loan period so that will be one change they will have to make. First goal may be crucial for two sides that are struggling at the moment.....

Pretty much ditto the last game really. We are not going to change our formation so we will concede a goal but as it's the bottom club we should just scrape a draw...1:1.
Some unsettling stories going around about the plight of Plainmoor at the moment but what's new! If we lose this game I dread to think what the next home gate will be (unless it's boosted by some Plymouth supporters which is a nice gesture), in fact, I dread to think what the next home gate will be if we win!
I thought the survival of the club depended on the magic 1800 over a season, but it seems survival depends on each home game we now play.
Dire straits indeed!

I´ve got a bad "gut feeling" about this one, lost 1-2 here last season and that´s my tip for tonight. I hope I´m proved to be wrong!

Sounds like Kiddi starting to get a foothold in the game.
On the ropes at the moment, just waiting for the bell.
There it goes 1 - 0.

Football can be such a cruel game.
Just got in from the game and feel gutted.
The team gave everything in the second half and didn't deserve the kick in the teeth that added time gave us.
I was surprised to see Speiss in goal as hadn't realised about the red card appeal.
We started really well and Hurst scored with a superbly taken freekick. Kidderminster looked really poor and you could see why they were bottom.
Our trouble was an inability to put away the many chances we had. Some good balls into the area were wasted, oh for a good finisher.
In the last 15 minutes of the first half Kidderminster suddenly woke up and got into the game. Speiss brought off a tremendous save from a point blank header. Then the defence was caught out and with their player bearing down on goal he lobbed the keeper gut fortunately hit the bar. Great relief from us all. We were glad of the half time whistle.
Kidderminster were out first for the second half and looked as if they were up for it. However, we had the first chance which was again wasted and the ball broke with one of their players away and just over the half way line with Heslop in hot pursuit who then decided to take him out from behind. Silly boy as with the crowd baying the referee sent him off.
Kidderminster then took the game to us and an equaliser was always on the cards.
However, with great team spirit, the like of which I certainly didn't see last season, we came back at them and Hurst scored a second. The players were so up for it.
90 minutes up and into added time the last throw of the dice and with the game up the other end it was hard to tell what happened except they were awarded a penalty. What a blow and one we didn't deserve.
A great team performance, although I feel Hurst and Speiss must be singled out for there performances.
Having watched the Guisley game I fear our great problem is no one to put the ball in the back of the net.
Finally a big thank you to the brilliant supporters who sang and cheered for the whole game.
The next two home games are now so crucial.
