Just to recap that is Hall, Kalala, MacDonald, Cameron, Davis, Sendles-White and Keating that have extended contracts into next year. Only Wynter, Niate and Reid of the regular starters and on our books yet to commit or offered a contract for next year.
No chance that any of the Bristol lads will be released come the summer?

Unfortunately even if the Bristol lads were released I think they would easily get offers from higher up the divisions. Reid almost certainly would have had an offer of a contract and is probably waiting to see if something else turns up and I can't really blame him given the past antipathy of a large number of our supporters towards him.

link - Ruairi on re-signing for the club His energy is something GJ is clearly a big fan of. He stuck with him on the right side of midfield when there were other options, so I’m not surprised he has earned an extension. Good luck to the lad. He’s improving. That’s something this Manager does with players, and him and Wynter on that right side have been clear beneficiaries in the Johnson era.

Not so popular in some peoples eyes reading certain posts on various social media -Its so easy to write off players on forums many were doing it when Owers was failing miserably here when we really did have plenty to moan about. I got the feeling that Jamie Reid wasn't far from being driven out of the club but GJ has miraculously rejuvenated his form and performance levels and that of quite few others. Ruairi is another who has improved while playing in an unfamiliar role right of midfield. He deserves his chance to improve further. Not really sure what some are expecting. We have the best and most motivated squad assembled for years and entertainment by the bucket load and we shouldn't forget that at least three of our star regular starters would be unaffordable to permanently sign and completely out of reach if wasn't for the generosity of Bristol City and GJ's links with his son.
Lets get behind GJ and every single player he decides he chooses and needs to do the job. Were being spoiled week in week out and have no idea how long this success and euphoria will actually last.

link - Andrews confirmed that he is here to the end of the season. Despite being pushed out wide, think he is our third highest scorer and very much part of the squad. What about Edwards?

And Janneh of course, apparently higher league clubs are trying to obtain his services along with Andrews - Dave Thomas reporting on at least one and possibly two more extensions to follow prior to the Bath game, not sure if that is loanees or contracted players, or even both?

Just Reid. Wynter, Niate and possibly Dickson and Nabi to sort out then? Like you not sure on the possibles. Would like to see Reid sign but nothing wrong with waiting until the end of the season for the others now we have the core of the squad in place.
